Story Materials for Media and Bloggers

As gasoline prices rose in May 2009, the Alliance to Save Energy provided media and bloggers with extensive downloadable video, audio, and print content to help tell their stories on gas prices, vacation road trips, commuting, and overall driving: a :60 video podcast and newscast encouraging drivers to get money-saving tips and resources that can save hundreds of dollars on gasoline; B-roll footage illustrating dozens of money-saving driving and maintenance tips, sound bites, humorous English and Spanish radio PSAs, "Driving and Saving" song, podcasts featuring a NASCAR driver, English and Spanish audio news releases, links, and images.
